Unable to see video thumbnail in Zoom SDK version 1.8.5

Hi,

We are using Zoom Web SDK version 1.8.5 for our app, but we are not able to see video thumbnail of the participant(whose video is switched on).

Error
Unable to see video thumbnails of the participants.

Which Client Web SDK version?
Zoom web SDK version 1.8.5

Device (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Browser: Google Chrome
  • Browser Version - 88 or above

Additional context
Any help will be appreciated.
