I’m trying to download or share a recording of a video call that took place on August 7, 2025, but I’ve been unable to do so. Each time I attempt to share the recording, the share pop-up keeps loading continuously, followed by an error alert with no details.

I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference.

  • Open the browser’s developer console (F12 > Console) while sharing to check for specific error messages. If you see anything suspicious, feel free to post it in the thread.
  • Double check that your Zoom account has the correct permissions to share/download recordings in the web portal
