Unable to submit app -- EU Compliance

Hello,

I’m joining in here also regarding the EU Compliance app submission issue that other users seem to be facing as well.
I’m also unable to send the app for review due to the following popup “You must review and sign Zoom API License and Terms of Use before submitting apps for review. You may reload this page and try again.” appearing every time I attempt to submit it.
I’m the app owner and the app is not a legacy app so that shouldn’t be the issue here.

The app is called: chat.superkoulu
