Unable to submit Zoom Marketplace app to change EU publication status

I have the same issue that several other recent posts have pointed out - after checking the button to unpublish the app in the EU, I get an error telling me “You must review and sign Zoom API License and Terms of Use before submitting apps for review. You may reload this page and try again.”

Can someone do whatever manual process you’re doing to fix this for our application?
