Unable to upload evidence to app TDD

Hi there!

I’m in the process of uploading evidence for my App submission. I have already uploaded a small handful of evidence, and am now uploading more. However, when I upload evidence the item’s spinner spins forever. If I examine the network tab in my browser I see an error reporting the following: “The number of files exceeds the expected value”, however, I only have 3 or 4 files that can be seen in my submission. Is there a way to remove already uploaded files?

Thanks for bringing this up. Have you tried clearing your cache or using a different browser? Also, which field are you providing the additional attachments in since the TDD submission has multiple upload areas?

Thanks for the reply! I tried all the upload areas, and each of them returned the same error.

I did try resetting browser cache, logging out and back in, but that didn’t help.

I did not try a different browser, so I’m afraid I can’t comment on that option.

I ended up recreating the app from scratch, and that worked as expected.
