Unable to validate domain - the verification codes do not match

Description
I am trying to submit my app for review. I have downloaded the file verifyzoom.html and added it to my web app. I confirmed that I can browse to it and see the content.
When I click “Validate”, an error is displayed: “the verification codes do not match”.
