Undocumented API Change - alternative_hosts separated by semicolon?

Description
The GET /meetings/{meetingId} API action is returning alternative hosts separated by semicolon instead of comma.

I don’t know when or why this changed, but it broke the Moodle plugin’s use of alternative_hosts and is confusing our users.

Semicolons instead of commas to separate users.
