Is there a way to uniquely identify a given webinar, regardless of if anything has changed, because I know the UUID changes if settings are changed, or if the status is updated, I also remember seeing somewhere that someone mentioned the ID (meeting number) can also be re-used, if that’s the case is there a way to uniquely identify the webinar regardless of any changes made?

The meeting or webinar IDs are never re-used. The only way the UUID changes is when a meeting/webinar is scheduled, then it changes when it starts. Let us know if this helps.
