Description
When trying to upload images on the webinar setting (banner and logo) this error keep showing ‘Unsupported Image Type’ and I already changed the image requirements (size, dimension, format)

Can you confirm how you’re uploading this photo? Are you doing this from the zoom.us UI, or perhaps via API?
