For the registrants, is it necessary to provide both the registrant’s id and email? It seems that either alone is a unique key.
We are not storing the registrant id after registering a user. We are hoping that we can change a user’s status (i.e., cancel) based on email alone.
Please advise.
Thanks!
David
I was able to cancel using just the email and it worked … kinda.
The registrant’s status changed to “all” and was moved to the “Denied/Blocked” tab.
Apologies for the delayed response, we are working diligently to improve our response time.
Can you please let me know if you were able to resolve the issue ?
Thanks
I answered my original question by experiment. However, it raised a second question that has not been answered: why was the registrant’s status changed to “all”? What does that mean?
‘All’ means canceled by the attendee, canceled by the host.
I am currently working with the team, to improve our documentation, and we will make sure that we elaborate more on this in our next version.
Thanks

Hey @it13,
Please provide steps to reproduce the issue and screenshots so we can help.
Thanks,
