Hey @elisa.zoom and @Mikron we are also facing the same issue with our app; it works with Zoom Client version 6.4.12, but not for later versions.
In our case, it occurs only on Mac; on Windows, it works fine.
and this is the SDK version iam using “@zoom/appssdk”: “^0.16.13”,
