Is there a way to get a user’s status (e.g. Offline, Available)? I’ve looked through the documentation, and this doesn’t seem to be available. Am I missing something?

Currently out JS SDK does not have the capability to get the user status. We’re looking into incorporating this feature in a future release.

Our SDK does not have the capability as well. We are working on a couple improvements with our webhooks and APIs for status updates in our upcoming releases later this year.
