Users cannot hear the users entering through the zoom app

Hello,
I recently started having a problem with the zoom embedded in my site.
When all participants enter through the WEB everyone hears everyone but when one user enters a zoom session through the app the other participants do not hear it.
Has anyone encountered this?

I am using version 1.8.3

I just update the version and it works fine now!!
