Using CDN not seeing video in chrome and no view (speaker/gallery) options in any browser

Description
We are using the web cliend sdk and cdn to embed a zoom meeting in our site over a iframe on a https site. We are running into two issues:

  1. In Chrome only we are not seeing the video, even when all permissions are granted and the camera is on. The video feed is still sent to the meeting itself (as verified by other users and by joining the meeting in the Zoom desktop app), however the user cannot see themselves in the window.

  2. In all browsers we have tested (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, DuckDuckGo) we do not have any “view” button in the upper right corner of the Zoom area to select between Speaker View or Gallery View. Even when expanded to full screen this option is not there.

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. I’ll first note that the Web SDK does not support being displayed in an iframe or being resized. We are working to provide a more customizable version but we don’t have iframe support on our roadmap.

With that being said, it sounds like you may need to enable Web Isolation to allow the Gallery View button to display. Please see the following post:
