Verify ngrok-free.app domain

Hello, we have a problem verifying the ngrok-free.app domain. Our application was published, but we had to fill in the details for DSA. So we migrate the legacy app to the new app and we see the new domain “ngrok-free.app” in the domain verification section.
We are using Access->General Features → Event Subscriptions, so I found that you want us to “Provide a URL to receive event notifications”. So we created an ngrock account and we are also validate this domain. But in “App submission” we still have default url ngrok-free.app and we can’t verify it.

What should we do? Can you manually verify ngrok-free.app?
