Very highCPU and memory required while sharing my screen

Hello,

My laptop with Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS as OS, 16 GiB RAM and 8 CPUs needs a high memory during the the meeting especially when I share my screen. Its so noisy that people can hardly hear me. I tried to close all Apps but the problem persists. I upgraded Zoom to the latest version but I m still facing the same issue.

Could you please help me? Any advice?
