Both Video filters & Studio effects do not work at latest windows sdk (5.4.54524.1229), nothing can be chosen, please see attached picture for the appearance. Left side is windows sdk and right side is zoom client, which means these features works well in zoom client but not work for sdk.

I tested this in the demo application for version .1229 and could not reproduce what you are seeing. Can you try and join that same meeting with the demo application to see if the same behavior occurs?
