Description
Connected various devices like Macbook Pro, iPhone XS, Vuzix M400 (smart glass) etc. and all video is capped at 360p. I’m on a business account. WiFi is 100mbps-150mbps (upload/download speed)

There is no error but the video quality is heavily compressed and low resolution in Zoom spotlight video

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Start a zoom meeting
- Join using Macbook Pro (Zoom client), Vuzix M400 (Zoom for Smart Glasses) and iPhone (any)
- Spotlight the Vuzix M400 user
- Video quality (as reported in Statistics) is capped at 640x360

Additional context
We have tested a full 4G LTE connection which is capable to 150/150 upload/download speed from the Vuzix M400 and also other devices ie. iPhone, Macbook Pro, iMac and still having the same issue. Video quality stays at low resolution of 640x360. Frame-rate hovers around 15-30fps.
