Video quality for Group HD stuck at 360p

Description
Connected various devices like Macbook Pro, iPhone XS, Vuzix M400 (smart glass) etc. and all video is capped at 360p. I’m on a business account. WiFi is 100mbps-150mbps (upload/download speed)

There is no error but the video quality is heavily compressed and low resolution in Zoom spotlight video

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start a zoom meeting
  2. Join using Macbook Pro (Zoom client), Vuzix M400 (Zoom for Smart Glasses) and iPhone (any)
  3. Spotlight the Vuzix M400 user
  4. Video quality (as reported in Statistics) is capped at 640x360

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

  • Vuzix M400 running latest OTA firmware
  • OS: Android
  • Version: 8.1
  • Browser: Chrome (83+)

Additional context
We have tested a full 4G LTE connection which is capable to 150/150 upload/download speed from the Vuzix M400 and also other devices ie. iPhone, Macbook Pro, iMac and still having the same issue. Video quality stays at low resolution of 640x360. Frame-rate hovers around 15-30fps.

We have the same problem.

Every call (even 1-on-1) capped to 640x360, but are on a Pro subscription.

facing the same issue! Have a pro account. Zoom please resolve this major issue.

I am also looking out for this on my business account, in spite of Group HD being enabled we get low quality at max 360p on spotlight video. It does not matter what bandwidth I am on (I am on a gigabit connection)
