I am using JWT Tokens (zoom Web SDK 1.8.1) for API calls to Zoom Servers. I have around 15 pro accounts for our institution. We are using this SDK for online classes, Students will join through SDK and faculty will host the class through Zoom App. Here when students joining into the meeting/class video is getting stuck.
Thanks for providing this info! Can you let me know what country you are using the Web SDK, and around what time? I want to check our logs to find the root cause.
We are seeing black screen in mobiles of our students mobiles.
at a time on an average 60 hits are recording on single zoom account and we are using 20 pro accounts for our online classes.
If this issue with Web SDK won’t get resolved help us on Zoom API we are requesting for permission of Zoom API from March but we still don’t get the permission.
We cannot get permission to use ZOOM API’s since march every time we place the request and it gets declined and asking us for more info we have given our details thoroughly.
Please rectify the WEB SDK Quality problem Or Allow us to use ZOOM API’s
Students are using their mobiles for Online Classes some of them might using their laptops
Who is declining the requests? Zoom or your institution? You can use the APIs for testing with a free Zoom account, and most of the APIs with a Pro account. https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/guides
We have reviewed the notes by app reviewers and updated it but there is a small problem from our side which is our leave URL doesn’t have SSL is it mandatory?
and let us know what about video issue in mobile browsers(Most of the students using Android mobiles and Android chrome browser) while using Web SDK.

There is an article about this update in zoom dev forums itself, in that they have mentioned this quality will get increased in last quarter of this year. We are also waiting for that
