View webhook log in oauth app

I’m looking for our app’s response to a particular webhook response on a particular date and time. I understand OAUTH apps won’t have access to webhook logs until this is updated on the Zoom side.

A) can you provide access to a response for a specific webhook fired in our app if I give you our application’s info?
B) when will webhook logs be available for oauth applications?
