Virtual background minimum requirements for AMD Ryzen processors

Hi, I have an ASUS ROG with AMD Ryzen 7 3750H and a GEFORCE GTX 1660 TI

so I think should be able to handle virtual background, but Zoom software says its incompatible.

Any workaround?
