Virtual Backgrounds - Error Message ("A Solid Color is Required. Green is Preferred.)

After enabling Virtual Backgrounds and uploading my image(s) in the desktop client I receive the same roor message for both images provided by Zoom as well as image(s) that I upload:

“A solid color is required. Green is preferred”.

How do I resolve this issue?

Thanks for the post and pardon the late response. It seems like you are facing issues with our Zoom client.
