Zoom allows you to add warm transfer webhooks. These webhooks work perfectly on one of our Zoom accounts, but they don’t fire at all on another, even though the Marketplace App setup is identical.
My suspicion is that these events have been deprecated for new accounts, they’re no longer mentioned in the official API webhook docs (they were added back in May 2023).
Are these webhooks supposed to work? Why might there a difference between the two accounts?

I am able to see a three webhook events for Warm transfer (initiated, completed and cancelled) available in my application but I do not see them in the Docs.

Apologize for the late reply here.
I was informed that we currently do not have external documentation for these events even though the events are available in the buildflow.
Our Engineering team confirmed that these events only work on Zoom desktop with native numbers (not IP or BYOC).
We are working on a plan to release some external docs about this
