We would like to use the equipment management system “Wasurenai,” provided by SHIFT Inc., in conjunction with Zoom.

Based on the instructions provided by Wasurenai on how to create a Server-to-Server OAuth app in Zoom, we have been proceeding with the setup. However, we are currently unable to select the “Server-to-Server OAuth App” option.

Could you please advise us on how to enable this option?

We have reviewed the Q&A, but the issue has not been resolved.

Thank you.

hi @keiri ,

When you start the development of an app, the option is there.
Maybe your issue is that you started an app; if so, you can not make it server-server.
So, please start a new app.

You must hjave admin level account to use this options as it is admin function.
I grabbed this summary for you
To implement Server-to-Server OAuth in Zoom, the user creating and configuring the app in the Zoom App Marketplace must be an Account Administrator or Owner.

  • Required Privileges: The user must have the ability to manage apps in the marketplace and specifically, the “View and Edit” permission for the “Server-to-Server OAuth app” in their role settings.
  • Account Type: Server-to-Server OAuth is designed to be authorized at the entire account level, not for individual user authentication.

I hope that helps

John
