Unable to create a “Server-to-Server OAuth App” for one admin account

Hello,

We need to create a “Server-to-Server OAuth App” in order to connect one of our Zoom accounts to a scheduling application. This process worked successfully for two of our admin accounts.

However, for a third account (also an admin), the option to create a “Server-to-Server OAuth App” is greyed out (see attached screenshot). We have compared the account settings, and there seems to be no difference between this user and the two accounts where it worked.

Could you please advise on why this option is unavailable for this admin account, and how we can enable it?

Thank you for raising this issue.

First, can you confirm that the third account has the proper permission in their account setting? role permissions

Secondly, can this account create other types of the app and only the server-to-server option is greyed out?
