Web Client audio & mic not working on android, iPhone web browser

HI All,

I am trying to use web client to work on android & iPhone browser. But neither the mic nor audio is enabled on either of the platforms. I do not want to install native zoom app for audio conference. I just want to do with using web client using browser on both the platforms. How can i enable it ? Appreciate any help. Thanks!

Thank you for your feedback.

Currently we haven’t enhanced web client on the mobile side, so we recommend that you use desktop browsers firstly.

Also can you provide your phone model and OS version?  we’ll test them and check the issue.
