Web SDK 1.9.8 + Web Codecs on Chrome 92 - No video self

USING THE SAMPLE APP PROVIDED GitHub - zoom/sample-app-web at 1.9.8

Video of self is no visible to self, but is visible to other participants. Gallery view is no available. When joining breakout rooms video stops. I can resume video by leaving breakout room and entering lobby, turning off video, entering breakout room and re-enabling video.
