Web SDK audio not working in mobile devices

Hello,

I am hosting the Web SDK code on my site and accessing it from ClickFunnels using an iframe. The SDK works fine on desktop but when I join the webinar on a mobile device the audio does not work. I am able to join the webinar as usual and the video works fine, but I can’t hear the host.

Web Meeting SDK version: 2.8.0

Device:

  • Device: Mi Mix 2
  • OS: Android 9
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Browser Version : 107.0.5304.91

Hi, @mp2022,

Thank you for posting in the Zoom Developer Forum. Currently, iFrames are not supported. Zoom does not offer Developer Support to help you implement the Web SDKs in iFrames. iFrames also make Cross-Origin Isolation doubly complex. Use at your own risk.

To that end, can you share if the same behavior persists when joining Web SDK without using an iFrame?

you could check, if the audio problem is also on the example app on Github (-> CDN client view)

there is a very good tutorial on youtube
