Web SDK - the signature has expired

We’ve integrated zoom in to our web page. Upon joining, some participants of the meeting are getting Joining meeting timeout - The signature has expired error. We create signature with Java. The participants of our meeting are all outside users, so we have no control of theirs OS time settings. Is there a way to extend the validity of the signature?

Hey @IXmarketing,

Can I ask how you are generating your Web SDK Signature? Make sure you are generating it on the server side in UTC time.
