I am unable to validate the web hook api to the physical server. In physical server while validating the api , api point is not reaching to the server. I have ping the zoom api also , it working fine. I have tried with by hosting in digital server then api is validate for the webhook. Anyone have faced this issues on physical sever .

Hello Emma I have open the port and check the ssl/tls certificates also but still there is issues.
