We have an initial server-to-server OAuth app that is, and has been for a while now, issuing our configured events to the verified endpoint. Earlier today we created a second server-to-server OAuth app and successfully validated the endpoint. However, we are not receiving all of our permitted events and for those that we do receive, the success rate is intermittent. In short we will either not receive an event at all, or we will only receive the odd 1 or 2 of a particular event type. A simple example we’re encountering is that a participant may join, leave and subsequently join the meeting again but the webhook only issues the latter join event.
I should say that our historic server-to-server OAuth app continues to work as required. We’re having these issues only on this second app created today.
Our company relies on the webhook for it’s daily operations and so would appreciate a quick response.
