How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Create and Start Zoom Session
2. Record
3. End Session.

Any news on this? It’s been over a month now and I’m still having the problem.
I only receive the development webhooks event, even though the recording is done with the production application.

sorry to hear that you are having issues with the recording.completed event.
Do you have a recent meeting ID that you were supposed to receive the event and you didn’t, also the name of your app please so I can take a closer look
The name of the application is Koyag Studio
I have tested EDITED which is the same account with which the application was created. In this case, even though we are using the production version, the notification reaches the development endpoint and not the production one.

For any other zoom account, the notifications are not reaching any endpoint.

Could you please confirm if you have not made any changes to your production URL? if so, it will need to be submitted to the Marketplace app for review in order for you to be able to receive the events
We haven’t made any changes since publishing the app earlier this year.
Before May everything was working fine.

Could you please make sure that the app is authorized in the account that was expecting to receive the webhook? it looks like it is not authorized

@lvargas Make sure you are logged in in your account and head to the marketplace and see if you have the option of authorizing the app
@elisa.zoom As I see it, we have the application authorized, only the shared permissions are not authorized. Will that be a problem for the webhook?
