I have an app listed on the marketplace which has the recording.completed event enabled, it works fine for some users but for some reason we are not getting the recording completed event from this specific user, any ideas?
Does the user need to enable something or their end, like turning on a specific option?

Yeah, the user was using local recordings, not cloud recordings lol
