This is Alan with iSpring Tech Support. We have an app in your Store that’s integrated with our platform: iSpring Learn (App Marketplace).
We’ve had reports from our clients that the end users having issues connecting to the webinars created in Zoom via our integration. After some digging, we narrowed the issue down to the webhooks from your side regarding the start event (meeting.started and meeting.ended). Sometimes for some of our clients they either come late or in incorrect order, which causes the “Join” button on our platform to appear late or simply not appear.
iSpring Learn is a Learning Management System and this integration allows our customers to automatically record attendance for trainings, lessons etc. they create via Zoom. It is very convenient, since Zoom is so widespread and easy to use, and it’s very important for us to keep it this way!
We have some logs documenting the issue, but since it concerns our customers’ private information, we can’t really share it here. Is there any way to send them to you privately, so you could check it on your end?
