Webhooks not getting received - retry count

Description
I’ve already opened a ticket to get the retry count of webhooks resetted but to no avail.

Error
I’m not receiving webhooks despite having a public adress and no ip blocks, I suspected it was due to the first 3 requests having invalid status codes.

Yes, I did. it was marked as solved but i still didn’t receive the webhooks.
