We are also facing the same issue. We even tried to connect using sample app to rule out an errors in signature generation. The web sdk makes an api call to https://zoom.us/api/v1/wc/info that returns 403.

Same issue. WebSDK fires request to: https://zoom.us/api/v1/wc/info ? And gets 403. WebSDK UI render [image]

Same, 403 forbidden when trying to connect to a normal zoom session. Works fine for my colleagues (we are all working remotely over different internet connections).

Same problem here. Our code was working great few days ago and today Its not working anymore. We didnt do any change to the code, and aswell as the rest of the users here, we are getting the 403 error when trying to GET https://zoom.us/api/v1/wc/info

is this related to the breaking changes blog post about the v2 api which is v2? it says we released (past tense) but the date it lists is 3 days from now. … april 5th.

Same error here trying to join through webclient. We had to reschedule our whole event as. nobody could join

the zoom webclient (from the browser) is broken. can’t use it as it always results in a 403, with or without a password. broke overnight.

it is PROBLEM everywhere in WebSDK - also in example code Your connection has timed out and you cannot join the meeting.
