What app should I create for just using Meeting SDK in my own app

I want my app users to join a Zoom meeting. Now, I see 3 options to create an app in Zoom Marketplace.

1. Build an app
2. Build a legacy app
3. Build a Server to Server app

Question 1. I need clarification on which app I should create just to use Meeting SDK and If I am only using the credentials, Is it necessary to submit the Zoom app?

Question 2. I created a Demo app on Mar 24, 2021, which is Account-Level. I want to create a similar app to this one which has the same scope. What do I do?

You need to create

Build an app

Then

Q1: If your app will host/join meetings for external Zoom accounts then you need to get approval from Zoom Marketplace Team (as per new external account join policy).

From App → ‘Embed’ section → enable Meeting SDK.

Q2: You just need to create app by ‘Build an app’ and then fill the different required details and then enable meeting sdk from ‘Embed’.

Alright! One last question. Is submitting the app mandatory? If I don’t submit the app will the credentials stop working?

If your App Meeting SDK integration joins external Zoom account meetings then you must need get approval from Marketplace Team.

If not then no need.
