what is api available to login user to Zoom

[asc.zoomapi (Aspire)]

we have requirement for user to login to Zoom using their zoom user email id and password using our custom screen without our application…and then they can manage their meetings [listing, create, update meetings] from our own GUI screen without our application…so what is api available to login user to Zoom and then get meeting details?
