Issue:
We are experiencing difficulties in receiving the phone.callee_ringing webhook event on both iPhone and Android devices when the Zoom client is in the background. This issue is described in this thread: Not Receiving ZoomPhone Webhook Event (phone.callee_ringing) in Background on iOS

Query:
We are interested in purchasing the Gold Premium Support Plan for six months. If we subscribe to this plan, would it be possible to receive assistance in resolving the issue with the phone.callee_ringing event?
Specifically, we would like to know if it is possible to either fix the current behavior or create a new event to achieve the desired functionality.
