Hi Elisa, did you manage to create a ticket and address this issue as we are the end client who is facing this issue and are seeing assistance from Zoho’s Phonebridge team and Zoom.
Elisa, I am the end client who is facing this issue and the Zoho team has been sluggish in getting this request prioritized. I am going to escalate this to their top management hoping someone gives their development team a kick to get this done.

I asked them if they had recently made any changes to their app like adding these new events and if they did, if they submitted for review?
I guess you could help clarifying if you were able to receive these events at some point?
We have not made any recent changes in the app, the event was added from the day 1 itself. And Zoom’s functional and security review was also done with the event.
