What virtual camera software can I use to live stream instead of OBS on mac?

I would like to know what virtual camera software I can use to live on Mac instead of OBS.

Currently, when I present my research in Teams or Zoom, I use screen sharing to display the slides and the OBS virtual camera to display the timer. This works fine on Windows and Linux, but on Mac, the timer is delayed due to lag and is not useful. Even if I reduce the image quality or improve the network, there is about a 5-second delay. So, I would like to know what virtual camera software works well with Mac.

My computer

  • MacBook Pro
  • 2.9 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5
  • 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
  • Intel Iris Graphics 550 1536 MB
