When I want to update Deauthorization notification endpoint, do I have to get a review again?

Description
Our app has done in market place review. and we want to update the endpoint for deauthorization notification. Should I get a review again? or it must be changed if I update the endpoint on App setting page?

I updated the endpoint, but I couldn’t get a notification.

Yes, you will have to submit an update request, but since nothing big changed it will be a fast review.
