Our app has done in market place review. and we want to update the endpoint for deauthorization notification. Should I get a review again? or it must be changed if I update the endpoint on App setting page?

I am trying to figure out how to comply with your deauthorization webhook call (https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/webhook-reference/app-events ).
I am currently only storing the tokens that I receive when authorizing, so I can’t identify the connection from any of the data that are included in the payload here. I do make calls to the users endpoint, so I guess I might have the user id of the person who created the connection but I am not sure how to determine this. Do I need to make…
