Why can't I enable video only on mobile browsers?

Description
I am trying websdk on a site that is built on https.
I am having trouble getting the video to turn on.

I’ve tried
Mobile web browser (Chrome): Fail
PC Chrome: Success
Mobile web browser(Chrome) PC mode: Success
I have it built over HTTPS, and I have given permission for the camera and microphone in the browser.

Interestingly, I can turn on video in the mobile web browser (Chrome) PC mode, so I’m wondering if it’s a configuration issue.
Why can’t I turn on video only in the mobile webBrowser?

Which Web Meeting SDK version?
2.1.0 @zoomus/websdk - npm

Device (please complete the following information):

  • Pixel 5
  • OS: android
  • Version: 12
  • Browser: Chrome 96.0.4664.92
