Why is my server cannot receive Webooks event?

Description
I enabled web hook for my OAuth app and the event type is ‘recording transcript files have completed’.
But events was not received.

So, I checked the prerequisites.

1. OAuth app is installed.
2. My endpoint respond 200 OK response.

I satisfied these prerequisites, but still events are not received.
What is the reason..?

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?
OAuth app event subscription

Which Endpoint/s?
http:27.96.135.221:8100 is my event subscription endpoint for development.

Please submit a ticket request with your webhook configuration details and the recordings info so we can see why the events are not landing.
