Will my published app be suspended while I am submitting my "Technical Design Document"?

I received an email saying that TDD needs to be updated.

Therefore, I plan to apply from “Technical Design” in my app’s settings in the App Market.

I have a question here. Will my currently published app be unpublished while I am applying for TDD?
Or, if there are any inconveniences while proceeding with the TDD application, please let me know.
(※If the currently published app stops, a problem will occur, so I would like to check it just in case.

Your already published app is Secure and no suspension on that. If you have added new features and integrated new Zoom APIs with the existing published Zoom App then those will require to be tested and added to the TDD for approval.
