Workaround for the error with the number 6 (while video subscribing)

Hi!

As I mentioned before (now it’s closed) there is an error that maybe occurred when the ZoomSDK’s user have created to many video elements (with particular size).

From one side it would be great to know current amount and the limit of the bandwidth, but as alternative it could be simpler way: for example if SDK will inform us that video element couldn’t subscribe successfully because of bandwidth limit it would be more than enough for simple workaround.

Because now if we try to call subscribe method (subscribeVideo(_)) for video element the result of this operation will be success (ZoomSDKError_Success), and only after it we will get the error with the number 6 in the callback.
But we don’t know when the video element is subscribed successfully.

If you could add the additional callback that will be inform that particular video element is be subscribed successfuly it would be super usefull.

Thank you so much!

Hi @anton.yereshchenko, thanks for the post.

Apologies for the other thread being closed. They will automatically be closed out after a month of no activity.

About 2 months ago, we actually had a similar feature request and it has since been added to our backlog. We have not yet committed to adding this to a specific release, so it is unlikely that it will be coming in the short term, but I have noted on our internal ticket that there has been an increase in interest for this feature.

Thanks!

Hi @jon.zoom thank you for your replay.

Always glad to help! :slightly_smiling_face:
