You cannot authorize the app zoom report api

I’ve a pro plan with webinar add-on. I tried to add Reports api scope in OAuth app but while installing it’s showing ‘You cannot authorize the app’ even though Reports api is showing prerequisites ‘Pro or higher plan with webinar add-on’.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to ‘OAuth app’
  2. Click on ‘Scopes’
  3. Click on ‘Add Scopes’
  4. Select ‘Report’ and ‘view report data’
  5. Click on ‘Done’
  6. Click on ‘Continue’
  7. Install your app
  8. See error

Hey @shreyas.pednekar,

Try logging out and back in and see if it works.

If not, please share your App Name so I can look into the issue.
