Hey @tommy any resolution or workaround for this problem?
Hey @karan7kar,
Are there any errors in the browser console?
Checkout this thread for a possible solution:
Thanks,
Tommy
Hi @tommy, I just checked: there are errors in the console (below).
They’re the same errors josharcher had in the thread you shared.
I’m not using any state parameter in the OAuth URL.
I’m facing same issue, waiting for solution sending state parameter.
Hey @jantbarco, @karan7kar,
Can you share your app names so I can investigate further?
Thanks,
Tommy
The app name is Session Ticket,
But I already avoid the error making a new App on a new Zoom Account, for the records.
Thanks.
My app’s name is Wander.
I just tried authorising again and it worked somehow.
So it looks like it’s working fine now.
Hi,
I am getting the same error
Hey @ygandhi,
To share your app outside your Zoom account, you must publish it to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Thanks,
Tommy
Hi @tommy
The same problem has reappeared. I can’t authorize my own app using the developer email ID.
The errors in the console are exactly the same as last time (screenshot above).
My app’s name is Wander.
I hope this problem gets resolved for everybody soon!
Hi @tommy
Im facing same issue as @karan7kar, my app was working fine, yesterday I was working on my tests but it stop working. Is there a change?
Hey @jantbarco,
Thanks! We are investigating the issue and will get back to you asap.
Can I also have your app name?
-Tommy
Hi Tommy,
We are also facing the same issue whenever any user other than the one who created the Oauth app is used for authorization. Our app name is inGroups.
Thanks
Hey @jantbarco,
While engineering is investigating the issue, can you check to see if your redirect url or your state query param has any special characters in it? If so, try base64 encoding or url encoding your state param.
Thanks,
Tommy
