Your app failed to access meeting content

Since Today morning I get this error message when the app starts RTMS. What might be the reason for that (I can’t find any errors neither in my logs, nor in zoom logs). Any clue where I could find a reason?

This looks like a Zoom-side authorization or account enablement problem, not an app-side RTMS transport issue. Realtime Media Streams can be wired correctly on your end and still fail at startup if the Zoom account no longer allows the app to access meeting content.

If the app was disabled, approval changed, or meeting-content access was revoked by the host, you can get exactly this kind of failure with little or nothing useful in app logs. If those checks look correct, the right escalation is Zoom support with the app ID, account ID, meeting ID, and exact failure timestamp so they can verify RTMS enablement and content access on the account.
