Unfortunately, the app is still in testing, and our Engineering team is continuing to work on it. I will have a better date by the end of this week.

@elisa.zoom Please inquire with engineering as to a hard deadline with this functionality. We do not want to move away from zoomphone but this may be a dealbreaker for me as well as the rest of the forum users.

It seems like Zapier for zoom Phone has been succesfully published in the Marketplace
Hi Elisa, I’m not seeing the Zoom Phone integration in my Zapier account. I’ve added our users to the app in the Zoom App Marketplace, but I’m unable to create a zap with a trigger or action of Zoom Phone.
Please disregard. FYI for anyone trying to set it up. You must go to this page and click the blue dropdown button and choose Add for myself. This will open a Zapier ‘Invite’ to add the Zoom Phone for Zapier app to your integrations in Zapier. It’s not enough to add the Zoom Phone for Zapier app from the Zoom marketplace.

I’m only seeing Triggers in Zapier for this. Why don’t I see Actions such as Create Contact, Send SMS, etc.?

Thanks for confirming you can see the app now.
I grabbed this info from the documentation page:
Supported Triggers:
Incoming Call – when a new call is received
Outgoing Call – when a new call is made
Missed Call – when a call is missed
Voicemail Received – when a new voicemail is received
Call Completed – when a call ends (incoming or outgoing)
SMS Sent – when an SMS is sent
SMS Received – when a new SMS is received
Examples of what you can automate:
Log call and SMS activity into your CRM
Send emails, message alerts for missed calls or new voicemails
Create support tickets in CRM after a voicemail
Add new contacts to email campaigns when SMS responses are received
Any update here? Seems like it’s time to lose some faith that it will ever get done.

Thanks for sharing that, our Engineering team confirmed that Zapier can send an email or chat message, or update your CRM based on inbound Zoom Phone calls/SMS. However, Zapier cannot trigger outbound SMS today. We do plan to add similar support later this year
And what about an Action for adding contacts to Zoom Phone’s directory?
you got it to work? Mine connects but I can’t seem to get it to even write data to a google sheet.
